Questions:
Q. How do I determine the thickness of 50 sheets of 32 pound paper?
A; Paper weights are based upon the actual weight of 500 sheets of paper that are 17 inches by 22 inches. Some papers may be thick fluffy but not heavy, while others may be thinner but dense. So the only way to be sure is to count out 50 sheets and measure the thickness.
Q: How do I determine which spine size to buy when I am using papers of varying thicknesses?
A: Measure the thickness without pinching the sheets. If you are in between spine sizes
use the next larger size. For instance, if you measure 4mm thickness, don’t try to stuff
the pages in a 3mm spine. Unibind doesn’t make a 4mm spine. So, you’ll need to use the Unibind 5mm size.

| Note: Number of sheets may vary according to your actual paper. Pages should always fit easily into the spine. |
