Unibind Steelcrystals offer a protective, crystal clear, front and back cover that enhances your graphics and allows you to print your own front and back cover on light weight paper stock. Unibind's vinyl clad steel spine comes in a variety of colors and gives the presentation a crisp appearance. The metal sides of the U-shaped spine add strength to the bind by taking pressure off the back bind when the pages of the bound document are spread apart. We recommend Unibind thermal binding machines for use with Unibind products, because those machines are set up with the correct temperature and time cycle.
The Unibind Machines have the added feature of needing no warm up time, and shutting down automatically as soon as the binding cycle is done. However, we do offer adapters that will make other binding machines compatible with Unibind products. Adapters and instructions are available for Fellowes, Pro-Bind, Coverbind, Covermate, YourStory, Docugem, Attalus and many others.
Note: Thermobind 500 is compatible with all brands of covers.
